- keep a weight loss blog or an inspirational book: collect pictures of skinny models, actresses, tips, quotes, workouts so you can look through it whenever you want to binge

- when you feel like eating something you shouldn’t, write a list why you shouldn’t and read it at least twenty times

- before eating anything, drink water; if the craving doesn’t go away, eat healthy food such as fruit or vegetables

- always eat breakfast to have energy for the day

- don’t be lazy: take the stairs instead of the elevator and the bike instead of the car

- never eat after 6 pm because if you do, you won’t give your body enough time to burn off the calories

- don’t eat in front of the TV or on the computer

- eat more soup: the non-creamy ones are filling but low-cal

- drink a lot of water and green tea

- exercise exercise exercise
